First Time at a Dispensary?
We know visiting a dispensary can be overwhelming the first time. Our team is here to answer questions and guide you through the process.
Do I need an ID to shop?
Yes, a valid federal or state issued ID is required to shop. We do not accept pictures, expired IDs, or a lack of ID.
Do you accept credit cards?
Federal law does not allow payment via credit or debit cards. You may sometimes see a cashless ATM setup at a shop but these are very finicky and frequently shut down by Feds. Kings is in the process of setting up Pay by Bank via Plaid & Venmo by the end of March 2026. This isn’t federally regulated and 100% legal. It functions by verifying and linking your bank account for direct payment at the store.
Can I order online?
Yes, you can order online and pick-up in store. Washington state does not allow the delivery of cannabis products.
Do you offer medical cannabis?
We carry products approved by the Washington Department of Health but we are not licensed as a medical dispensary.
Do you accept out-of-state IDs?
We accept out-of-state IDs, passport, and vertical IDs as long as they aren’t expired and age 21+.
Can someone else pick up my order?
As long as all parties are over 21+
What kinds of products do you carry?
Our products are always rotating, with some staple brands. We carry a price point for every budget in every category(flower, pre-rolls, vapes, disposables, edibles, dabs)!
Can I return or exchange cannabis products?
No. We only allow exchanges for vapes, disposables, and batteries. Any defective carts and batteries must be return within 3 days with the packaging, receipt, and at least half the product left.
How much can I purchase at one time?
In a 24 hour period, Washington state allows an individual to buy up to: 28 grams of flower, 7 grams of concentrate, 16 oz of solid edibles, and 72 oz of liquid edibles.
