Yes, a valid federal or state issued ID is required to shop. We do not accept pictures, expired IDs, or a lack of ID.
Federal law does not allow payment via credit or debit cards. You may sometimes see a cashless ATM setup at a shop but these are very finicky and frequently shut down by Feds. Kings is in the process of setting up Pay by Bank via Plaid & Venmo by the end of March 2026. This isn’t federally regulated and 100% legal. It functions by verifying and linking your bank account for direct payment at the store.
Yes, you can order online and pick-up in store. Washington state does not allow the delivery of cannabis products.
We carry products approved by the Washington Department of Health but we are not licensed as a medical dispensary.
We accept out-of-state IDs, passport, and vertical IDs as long as they aren’t expired and age 21+.

No. We only allow exchanges for vapes, disposables, and batteries. Any defective carts and batteries must be return within 3 days with the packaging, receipt, and at least half the product left.
In a 24 hour period, Washington state allows an individual to buy up to: 28 grams of flower, 7 grams of concentrate, 16 oz of solid edibles, and 72 oz of liquid edibles.
